DR. PAT’S WANTS TO THANK ALL OF HER FRIENDS FOR MAKING HER 1ST ANNUAL CELEBRATION A SUCCESS!
“CARS 2 MOVIE GIFT PACK” View our CARS2 Winners
1) Patients were asked to draw a picture showing why they think its fun to come see Dr. Pat and her friends.
2) Once their pictures were received, patients were given a CARS 2 Movie Gift Pack featuring a gift certificate to see a matinee performance of the CARS2 movie at the Destinta Movie Theatre in Middletown, small popcorn and a drink.
3) Dr. Pat will also included a “goody bag” with a CARS toothbrush, floss, and sparkle fun toothpaste.
4) All patients that submited a picture were entered into our CARS 2 drawing. Winners received a CARS Beach Towel and our Grand Prize Winner received a 20 piece CARS die cast replica collection set. The Grand Prize drawing was held July 8th.
